RHIT Women's Basketball Schedule Release

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The 2014-15 Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's basketball schedule is highlighted by participation in two nationally recognized tournaments and a full double round-robin Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference schedule.

Head coach Jon Prevo returns four starters and six of the top seven scorers from last year's squad that finished 10-16 overall and qualified for the HCAC Tournament for the fourth consecutive year.

The November schedule includes two prestigious tournaments and a matchup at Illinois Tech on Nov. 24.  The Fightin' Engineers open the season at the Washington University Invitational on Nov. 21-22, before heading to the Colorado College Tournament on Nov. 28-29.

December opens with a trip to St. Mary-of-the-Woods on Dec. 3, before the Fightin' Engineers welcome Transylvania University for the home opener on Dec. 6.  The month also includes road trips to Manchester, Anderson and Illinois Wesleyan.

The double round-robin conference schedule features four home games in January and four more in February.  The season concludes with four of the last five contests at Hulbert Arena.

Once again this season, Rose-Hulman will provide free online video and in-game statistics from every women's basketball home game.  Links to the coverage will be provided on Rose-Hulman's athletic website.
